Design of a commercial office building containing. 

The purpose of the project was to make maximum use of the floor plan.  In order to make the best use of the commercial space, it was therefore decided to maintain a clean floor plan and enclose the technical spaces and rising blocks in a single volume. The 'office area is therefore very large and functional, making it as customizable as possible by its future users.
