An idea born from the existing situation on the construction site. The land on which the project was to be developed was 6 m deep. To avoid spending too many resources to bring it to the same level as the surrounding area, it was decided to build several terraces which offered the advantage of being able to obtain a focal point towards the rock face to the north.
